Churches are lovely locations for weddings but some couples with an active outdoor life choose to have a wedding at a significant location or incorporating an activity they enjoy.
The beach is one of the more common locations chosen here in the Pacific Northwest. Couples can have a Traditional wedding, Handfasting, Commitment ceremony, etc. Couples drive out the day of the wedding, camp, or rent hotel rooms, depending on the type of wedding.
State, county, private estates, city parks, and other forested areas are nice locations with many options. Some state and forestry parks allow RV parking and established camping facilities or day use areas. Fees may apply and reservations may be necessary. Adventurous types may choose to hike or bike into remote locations for their ceremonies.
I am willing to officiate wherever your heart leads you as long as I'm physically able. I love roller coasters and hiking. I've attended bungee jumping events, though I didn't jump myself.
